Subsurface Constructors installed 271 aggregate piers to provide a maximum bearing pressure of 3,000 pounds per square foot. The soil profile consists of silt and lean clay (ML) to an average depth range of 3 to 24 feet and sandy soils to an average depth range of about 21 to 34 feet.
